I had the pleasure of staying at Penzion Belvia for a family trip to the High Tatras, and it had everything a family could need. Our cozy room offered stunning mountain views, perfect for winding down after a day of hiking with the kids. The owners went above and beyond, accommodating our late addition of breakfast. The spread was impressive-think fresh veggies, pastries, and lots of coffee. We appreciated the family-friendly accessibility, as the place is a short walk to grocery stores and nearby bars, making it easy to stock up on snacks. If you're into outdoor activities, there's skiing, cycling, and hiking all around. With a lovely terrace for evening relaxation and plenty of space for little ones to run around, we had a delightful stay. A mirror in the room would be a bonus, but overall, it felt like home.
