I had the pleasure of staying at Penzion Belvia for a family trip to the High Tatras, and it had everything a family could need. Our cozy room offered stunning mountain views, perfect for winding down after a day of hiking with the kids. The owners went above and beyond, accommodating our late addition of breakfast. The spread was impressive—think fresh veggies, pastries, and lots of coffee. We appreciated the family-friendly accessibility, as the place is a short walk to grocery stores and nearby bars, making it easy to stock up on snacks. If you're into outdoor activities, there's skiing, cycling, and hiking all around. With a lovely terrace for evening relaxation and plenty of space for little ones to run around, we had a delightful stay. A mirror in the room would be a bonus, but overall, it felt like home.
